I love this little bar, which is located right next to the Principe Cinema. They have great coffee (Illy) and ice cream. What I love most is the decor, a retro 80s style with a little tv in the back playing an 80s sitcom. Very cute. I can't wait to go back and get a gelato . . . the staff was very friendly (mom, dad, and son running the shop). On a Sunday morning it's pretty laid back, a few tourtists couples, one or two locals and MOI. Mom and son eating their pasta lunch, in the back, while the son tells his mom to stop giving him so much darn PAsta ! It's a very sweet, laid back environment, my favorite kind.
They offer pastries and little sandwiches in the morning all looking pretty standard fare. I am not sure what they offer in the evenings, as I usually stop by in the morning, so I will have to check it out. They must stay open pretty late, as whenever I am walking by Piazza della Liberta at night, I always see them open.
